Gems & generations
How do gems work?
Gems are the in-app currency you spend on each generation. You can earn them by watching short rewarded ads, or top up via a subscription or a one-time gem pack. The exact cost of each generation is shown before you confirm.
How long does a generation take?
Most image generations take 1–3 minutes. Videos take about a minute. Heavier styles can take a little longer.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a generation fails on our side, gems are automatically refunded to the same bucket they were spent from. If something looks wrong, email support@movcl.com with a screenshot and we'll sort it out.
Why does my result have a watermark?
Results paid for entirely from free gems (starter pack, rewarded ads, invitation rewards) carry a small Movcl watermark. Generations paid for with a subscription or a purchased gem pack are watermark-free.
Subscriptions & billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → choose Movcl → Cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current period.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Google Play. Request refunds directly via Play within their policy window. We'll always help if Play needs additional context — email support@movcl.com.
What happens to leftover subscription gems when my subscription ends?
Subscription gems are cleared when the subscription period ends. Gems from one-time packs and starter gems are kept indefinitely.
Privacy & account
How are my photos handled?
Photos you upload are used to generate your result. See the Privacy Policy for the full details on what's collected, retention, and your choices.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@movcl.com from the address associated with your account and we'll delete your account and associated data per our Privacy Policy.
